All barristers on our panel are regulated by the Bar Standards Board. Clerk&Counsel is a clerking agency, not a chambers, and does not provide legal services directly.
Clients are never obliged to instruct the barrister we introduce. We actively encourage you to do your own research, compare counsel and choose the barrister you are most comfortable with. We do not charge clients for using our service — our fees are paid by the barrister as a percentage of their fees, in return for sourcing and onboarding new clients and carrying out administrative work on their cases.
